Position in Headquaters

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in
  • Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to perform well under stress of dealing with tight schedules.
  • Candidate must have the ability to pay attention to details and analytical skills.
  • Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferred language(s): Chinese.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Retail background / sales experience will be an added advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel and conduct visitations to all MBE centres in Malaysia.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Full-Time positions available.

Responsibilities:
  • You will assist the Retail Manager in achieving the sales target of the outlet.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and merchandise mix.
  • Assist in the implementing training modules (customer service etc.) for retail assistants.
  • To replenish stock and ensure stock level is healthy.
  • Performing back-end office functions.
Requirements:
  • Computer literate and able to use MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English.
  • Energetic, resourceful and self-confident.
  • Applicants with retail background will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales, profitability and well-being of retail operations
  • Recruit, motivate and train floor staff to provide good customer service
  • Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  • Provide daily business services for retail customers
  • Implement effective sales and marketing strategies in achieving sustainable sales and market growth
  • Work closely with design agencies to implement effective A&P strategies and activities
  • Build strong relationship with key customers and partners for continuous growth of the business
